Lead Nurse in home care / 80-100% / permanent

The nurse intervenes at the clients' homes, among the entire population, across all age categories, requiring nursing care. The specificity of home care is linked to the unpredictability of the context, the nature, and the variety of situations encountered both on a socio-economic and environmental level as well as psycho-physical. Services are performed autonomously, respecting the lifestyle, beliefs, values, culture, autonomy, and integrity of the client.

Your missions and responsibilities

• Exercise a role as a situation lead within the framework of the home maintenance team model and act in accordance with the principles of the professional nursing code of ethics
• Provide autonomously and/or upon medical delegation complete personalized nursing care, of a preventive, curative, educational, and palliative nature, to clients of all ages at home
• Organize medico-social procedures, coordination, and collaboration with all stakeholders in a given client's situation, by mobilizing available resources and supervising care performed or delegated to ASSC
• Work in interdisciplinarity and interprofessionality, respecting the institutional mission and objectives
• Participate in training and research activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in nursing or training deemed equivalent
• Minimum two years of professional experience
• Knowledge of the Geneva care network
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in an interdisciplinary team
• Excellent capacity for adaptation and delegation
• Sense of responsibility and solution orientation
• Mobility indispensable ( Bicycle / walking / TPG / car).
