On behalf of our client, a recognized company in the distribution of specialized products for professionals, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator

Reporting to the Platform Manager, you act as true operational support and actively participate in the smooth daily functioning of the warehouse. A field-based, versatile, and evolving position, progressively offering more responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

• Assist the Platform Manager in the daily management of the warehouse
• Organize and coordinate the activities of the teams in the field
• Supervise receiving, storage, preparation, and shipping operations
• Organize inventories and ensure stock monitoring
• Manage expiration dates (DLC) and product traceability
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety instructions
• Write, deploy, and improve logistics procedures
• Participate in the continuous improvement process and propose optimization actions
• Contribute to the resolution of operational issues
• Ensure the replacement of the Platform Manager in their absence
• Progressively become the ERP expert for the platform
• In the medium term, be trained in delivery and route management

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of first experience in logistics in Switzerland
• Good mastery of IT tools, particularly ERP and Excel
• Rigorous, organized, and educational mindset
• Taste for field work and ability to work autonomously
• Experience in continuous improvement / Lean is an asset
• Forklift license or authorization to drive machinery: a plus
