For one of our clients, a fiduciary company located in the city center of Genève, we are looking for a Fiduciary Accountant at 80-100%.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You autonomously manage a client portfolio and ensure all accounting, administrative, payroll, and tax missions
• You maintain the accounting up to the closing of the accounts, perform periodic closings, and prepare financial statements
• You ensure the monitoring of cash flow, banking operations, customer and supplier invoices, as well as payments
• You prepare payroll and take charge of all administrative procedures related to personnel
• You perform social and tax declarations (VAT, AFC, taxes for natural and legal persons) and ensure exchanges with the competent administrations
• You support clients in monitoring their legal obligations and present the accounts
• You collaborate with the team and management, provide support on files, and participate in specific missions

You offer your new employer

• You have at least 3 years of experience in fiduciary services in Switzerland
• You possess solid knowledge in accounting, payroll, Swiss taxation, and administrative management
• You work autonomously, rigorously, and in an organized manner while respecting sometimes tight deadlines
• You have excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
• You demonstrate proactivity, flexibility, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork
• You ensure the confidentiality of the data processed and maintain a quality client relationship
