Automated machine operator 100% - (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

-Ensure the operation, monitoring and proper functioning of automated production equipment.
-Drive manufacturing operations on stamping installations and assembly lines.
-Identify anomalies, perform initial diagnostics and intervene in case of malfunction.
-Carry out first-level preventive maintenance operations.
-Perform dimensional and visual controls to guarantee product conformity.
-Verify and validate production quality according to internal procedures.
-Ensure product packaging and monitoring of manufacturing operations.
-Enter production data and ensure the traceability of interventions.
-Ensure the availability of raw materials and equipment necessary for production.
-Participate in continuous improvement processes and the optimization of installations.
-Occasionally contribute to technical interventions with partners or suppliers, particularly during the commissioning and stabilization phases of the equipment. Your profile:

-CFC as an automated machine operator, production mechanic or training deemed equivalent.

-Proven experience in operating automated installations in an industrial environment can also be considered.
-Good knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, ideally in stamping or automated assembly.
-Mastery of dimensional and visual controls, as well as quality requirements in production.
-Ability to identify anomalies and perform first-level technical interventions.
-Good command of French, both spoken and written.
-Comfort with IT tools and the entry of production data.
-Availability to work in 2x8 shift schedules.
-Autonomy, rigor, reactivity, team spirit and sense of responsibility.
-Availability for occasional professional travel abroad.
