About the role ##

Our client, a large-scale company in Genève, is looking for a project manager to expand its team and support them on key renovation projects.
You will join a multidisciplinary team where you will be trained before quickly taking charge of various needs. For this position, you will have a complete role where you will handle preparations from preliminary designs to the completion of works, ensuring client representation (maîtrise d'ouvrage) and the coordination of different trades.
This will be an opportunity for you to manage varied projects by coordinating all stakeholders to guarantee the success of these renovations!

Tasks ##

• Manage preliminary design preparations (feasibility studies, technical plans...)
• Be in charge of client representation (maîtrise d'ouvrage) for several renovation or extension projects
• Perform work monitoring
• Lead external stakeholders and ensure logistical support
• Coordinate different trades on simultaneous projects

We are looking for ##

• You hold a degree in architecture, civil engineering or any other similar field
• You possess one or several initial experiences in project management and client representation (maîtrise d'ouvrage) in Suisse
• You are proficient in standard IT tools
• You have very good knowledge of SIA standards (a real +)

But above all, you are a person endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working both autonomously and in a team, and who is rigorous as well as solution-oriented. If this description matches you, then this position is made for you!
