What you accomplish

• You regularly visit our French-speaking sites, build links with the teams, conduct interviews, and develop stories around our employees, our services, our clients, and the daily life of logistics.
• You write texts, take photos, and produce short videos, including editing, by adapting the content to the audiences and communication channels of Planzer.
• You participate in the development of our French-speaking presence on social networks and ensure its daily management: editorial planning, publication, and exchanges with the community, in close coordination with the team in Dietikon.
• You adapt existing content to the language and culture of French-speaking Switzerland, ensuring the consistency of our brand image and our tone.
• You analyze the reach of publications, interactions, and the evolution of the community to improve content and formats.
• You also support regional actions related to employer branding, sponsoring, and customer relations by creating content, and you provide occasional support to regional management teams on communication matters.

What will allow you to succeed

• Training or studies in marketing, communication, media, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in content creation or digital communication, as well as practical experience in writing, photography, and producing short videos independently.
• A mastery of French at a native speaker level or equivalent, both orally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of German to collaborate with the team in Dietikon.
• Experience in editorial planning, management of social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as analysis of content performance.
• Good mastery of common content creation tools, social media management tools, photo retouching, and video editing.
• The pleasure of writing and storytelling, as well as a curiosity for people and their professional daily life.
• Ease in exchanges and the pleasure of creating links with internal and external interlocutors.
• An autonomous way of working, a spirit of initiative, and an entrepreneurial sense.
• Availability for travel in French-speaking Switzerland and an occasional presence in Dietikon.
