Experis, leader in IT recruitment in Switzerland, supports a renowned industrial player based in Geneva. To strengthen its Information Systems division, our client is looking for a Business Analyst MES to take charge of the functional aspects of projects and the maintenance of production processes.

Your missions

• Collect, analyze, and clarify the needs of users and production business units
• Translate these needs into suitable functional solutions and clear requirements for technical teams
• Ensure the interface between business users, the Product Owner, and the development teams
• Contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and proper functioning of production applications
• Prepare and manage functional tests and user acceptance testing, and support deployments
• Ensure functional maintenance and contribute to the resolution of level 2 and 3 incidents
• Participate in the support, evolution, and implementation of MES solutions

Your profile

• University or HES degree in business informatics, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment
• Experience in the implementation, evolution, or support of an MES system; knowledge of DELMIA Apriso is a significant asset
• Mastery of functional testing, user acceptance testing, and application support
• Knowledge of an Agile environment
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and sense of priorities
• Autonomy, initiative, and solution orientation
• Interpersonal skills and a taste for working with multidisciplinary teams spread across several sites
• Excellent command of French; English is a plus
