CEFIL constitutes one of the fourteen structures of the Fondation Le Relais, whose mission since 1995 has been the support of adults and young adults in the process of restoring social ties or professional improvement based on training recognized in the job market.

Do you have solid field experience in the field of concierge services, technical management and real estate maintenance and wish to transmit your skills to an adult audience in retraining or professional training?

Trainer in Real Estate Maintenance at 40 - 60%

Your mission:

• Facilitate training modules in real estate maintenance, mainly oriented towards concierge activities (cleaning and maintenance of the building, maintenance of green spaces, technical management of buildings, etc.);
• Supervise learners in the development of operational skills;
• Participate in the evolution of training by being a source of proposals;
• Evaluate the learning process with the appropriate methods and contribute to their professional support.

Your profile:

• CFC as an operations agent or equivalent training in the field of maintenance / concierge services;
• Desired professional experience of 10 years in the field, in functions related to concierge services or technical management of buildings;
• FSEA 1 required for the position or willing to undergo training;
• In-depth knowledge of the standards, tools and best practices of the profession;
• Good knowledge of green space maintenance;
• Experience in adult training, ideally with people in socio-professional integration;
• Good knowledge of the principles of andragogy and ability to adapt pedagogical methods to different audiences;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of listening, patience and ability to support and motivate learners;
• Sense of organization and ability to plan, structure and evaluate training sequences.
• Excellent oral and written mastery of French;
• Good mastery of IT tools;
• Federal diploma of concierge: an asset.
