Thanks to this hybrid position between fixed presence and replacements, you play an essential role in the continuity of care and the proper functioning of the structure.

Your daily life ###

• Welcoming children in a secure, warm, and stimulating setting
• Ensuring their well-being, safety, and development on a daily basis
• Proposing and implementing activities adapted to the needs and age of the children
• Participating in the layout of living and activity spaces
• Creating a relationship of trust with families
• Collaborating actively with the educational teams and participating in the life of l-UAPE
• Contributing to the development and evolution of the pedagogical project

What you bring ###

• A CFC d-assistant·e socio-éducatif·ve or a title deemed equivalent
• Experience in the field of childhood, in UAPE being an asset
• Flexibility and a good ability to adapt to different age groups
• A positive and collaborative team spirit
• Autonomy, commitment, and a sense of responsibility
• Natural interpersonal ease with children, families, and colleagues
• Good mastery of French
