Socio-cultural animators

• Propose and lead regular weekly and occasional activities
• Promote access to animation activities as broadly as possible for the persons accompanied by the Fondation
• Work interdisciplinarily and collaborate with different internal and external networks
• Promote values of inclusion and social participation
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external networks (associations, institutions, specialized practitioners)
• Participate in the reflection, evaluation, and evolution of the animation offer of the Pôle Adultes
• HES diploma in socio-cultural animation or a title deemed equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of animation
• Experience with people with disabilities is an asset
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in interface with different internal and external partners
• Ease in the personal organization of tasks
• Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft office suite, image processing)
• Flexibility in variable schedules
• Driver's license mandatory
• Swiss nationality or valid permit

La Fondation Clair Bois is a private organization benefiting from a service contract with the Etat de Genève. In its six sites located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Pôle Enfance Adolescence), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries, Chêne-Bourg and in Ville de Genève (Pôle Adultes), it welcomes people with multiple disabilities. It also accompanies young people in initial training, and employs a significant number of employees in adapted employment.
