Missions
Develop and retain a portfolio of corporate clients through targeted actions and a proactive approach
Identify and concretize upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on the needs and evolution of clients
Be the reference interlocutor for client companies and their executives
Accompany clients and perform presentations to their employees
Provide business expertise and support sales teams in their approach to clients and prospects
Identify client needs and development opportunities
Actively contribute to the quality of the client experience
Participate in the development and implementation of client and product strategies
Your profile
Excellent mastery of the occupational pension scheme field (LPP)
Confirmed experience in managing and developing relationships with a corporate clientele in occupational pension schemes
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with real ease in public speaking
Facility in establishing trusting professional relationships with interlocutors of different levels
Strong sense of business development and ability to identify needs from clients and the resulting opportunities
Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and spirit of initiative
Good mastery of English and/or German, an asset
Flexibility and availability according to client needs.
