It enjoys a first-class reputation for its dried meat specialties with typically Romand charm. Produits Epagny SA currently employs 130 collaborators and processes approximately 1'800 tonnes of meat products per year, with a total of 750 references.

In order to strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a:

Junior Sales Assistant – 80% to 100%

Your responsibilities:

• Management of customer requests: preparation of offers, follow-ups, order confirmations and handling of complaints
• Internal sales support: processing and follow-up of administrative files
• Customer contact: daily telephone and written exchanges in French and German
• Animation and events: occasional organization and animation of tastings for our customers and partners
• Communication: updating the website and managing social media

Your profile:

• CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent
• French or German native speaker, with excellent knowledge of the other language (oral and written)
• Interpersonal ease, excellent sense of contact and communication
• Rigor, autonomy and a keen sense of organization
• Flexibility, proactivity and very good team spirit
• Good stress management and ability to process priorities effectively
• A first experience in customer service, reception or sales is an asset
