Job Description

• Lead and supervise production teams on site (5 to 12 employees)
• Organize, coordinate and plan the work to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and set objectives
• Ensure the supply of sites by ordering the materials and resources necessary for the progress of the work
• Monitor site activity daily and prepare progress reports
• Control and validate the working hours of the teams in the field
• Perform measurements, ensure billing follow-up and participate in the financial control of operations
• Prepare quotes and budget estimates for the work
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards and technical directives on all sites

Profile

• ES Technician diploma or equivalent experience in structural engineering site management
• Successful experience in site management and team supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several operations simultaneously. Autonomous, rigorous person with a strong team spirit
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Baubit
• Excellent command of French
