Profile sought:

Professional, rigorous and dynamic, you will participate effectively in the smooth running of the kitchen and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules.

You will participate in the mise en place, preparation and sending of dishes, both at the hot station and the cold station. You must be able to integrate quickly within a brigade, and respect technical sheets as well as current food hygiene and safety standards.

You have at least three years of professional experience in the kitchen. A diploma or training in the field is a real asset. You perfectly master the French language and you stand out by your punctuality, your autonomy, your reactivity and your ability to adapt.

Good availability is indispensable in order to be able to meet the needs of our client.
