Ref 2585549 | Date: 15 Oct 2026 APCO Technologies Quality Controller (M/F) Activity rate: 100% Field of activity: Special, space and nuclear engineering Main missions: The Internal Quality Controller is the primary guarantor of the compliance of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies delivered by suppliers and manufactured internally. He/She ensures that products scrupulously respect technical and regulatory requirements before their integration into the production process, their storage or their further manufacturing. Missions and Responsibilities: * Reception and Production Control: - Perform qualitative controls (visual, dimensional, functional) of goods upon reception and in production, according to plans, control ranges and specifications. - Verify the compliance of accompanying documents (delivery notes, material / treatment / painting certificates, dimensional control report, production tracking document, etc...). * Processing of non-conformities: - Isolate and identify non-conforming products (quarantine). - Write non-conformity reports (NCR) and control reports. - Alert the relevant services in case of a major anomaly. * Record control results in the information system (ERP / quality management software). Technical Skills: * Mastery of quality control and sampling techniques. * Ability to read and interpret technical plans and nomenclatures. * Use of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.). * Knowledge of basic quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001 and EN ISO 9100). * Ease with IT tools (Office Pack, ERP type ProConcept). Soft Skills: * Rigor and meticulousness: Ability to detect deviations from the definition with precision. * Analytical sense and critical thinking: To quickly rule on the compliance of a lot. * Reactivity and organization: Ability to manage priorities so as not to block the production chain. * Good interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with different services and suppliers. Profile & Experience: * A technical training diploma in the mechanical or electromechanical field. * A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Controller in industry. * Mastery of all conventional measurement means. * Knowledge of the ERP ProConcept and electronic document management software is a plus. * Mastery of the office pack is imperative. * French (spoken and written). * Good command of English is indispensable.
