On behalf of a Valais-based company in the construction sector, we are looking for a:

Internal Sales Assistant Construction 60-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Advise and support a clientele of building professionals
• Respond to technical requests and propose solutions adapted to client needs
• Prepare offers and ensure the follow-up of tenders
• Participate in purchasing and procurement management
• Perform administrative and commercial follow-up of files
• Control stock entries and ensure the follow-up of supplier orders
• Coordinate information between internal teams and stakeholders on construction sites

Profile

• CFC, ES, HES training or experience in the construction sector
• From a building trade: mason, carpenter, works supervisor, team leader, technician, architect, or engineer
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials and their use
• Ease in telephone exchanges and customer contact
• Organized, rigorous, and solution-oriented personality
• Good command of standard IT tools
• Knowledge of tender processes is a real asset
