Lead an organization of more than 1'000 employees. Accompany nearly 8'000 beneficiaries. Carry a regional ambition at the heart of the Vaud home care and assistance system.

A major actor in the Vaud home care and assistance system, the Association pour la santé, la prévention et le maintien à domicile (ASPMAD) du Nord vaudois ensures, through several CMS, local services that allow the population to preserve their autonomy and live at home in the best possible conditions.

Association Director - 90-100 %

At the head of the Association, you are in charge of the global responsibility for its performance, its teams, its resources, and the quality of the services delivered to the population.

You define and implement a regional strategy, in coherence with the orientations of the AVASAD, and create the conditions allowing each CMS to fully fulfill its mission.

You are notably called upon to:

• Contribute to the reflections and transformations of the CMS Vaudois system, as a member of the AVASAD Executive Committee, by making the needs of your region heard while seeking solutions useful to the entire system.
• Pilot the Association and its CMS, while guaranteeing the quality, continuity, safety, and efficiency of services.
• Define and deploy the regional strategy, in connection with institutional and cantonal orientations.
• Lead and unite managers and teams, by developing a culture of responsibility, cooperation, and continuous improvement.
• Pilot human, financial, and organizational resources, in a logic of sustainable performance and responsibility.
• Anticipate sector evolutions, develop skills, and accompany necessary transformations.
• Represent the Association to authorities, partners, and regional, cantonal, and institutional stakeholders.

You combine a fine knowledge of regional realities with a global vision of the system's challenges.

Your profile:

You are an experienced leader, capable of combining strategic vision, management requirements, and understanding of field realities.

Your background has allowed you to:

• lead a complex, multi-site, and multidisciplinary organization;
• define and implement a strategy;
• manage executives and develop skills;
• pilot significant human, financial, and organizational resources;
• lead transformations and accompany change;
• make decisions and assume arbitrations in complex environments;
• build cooperations with partners having different interests and responsibilities.

You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to provide meaning and to unite. You know how to listen and create dialogue, but also to decide when the situation requires it.

Experience in the health, medico-social, social, parapublic sectors or in public services is imperatively necessary. A good knowledge of the Swiss health system and the Vaud institutional environment will also be appreciated and constitutes an asset.

Beyond a particular background or diploma, we are primarily looking for a personality capable of leading, gathering, and evolving an organization in service of its mission.
