Responsibilities

Within the Equipment Maintenance department, you play an essential role in the maintenance and improvement of production and logistics installations. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Diagnose faults and ensure corrective maintenance interventions on production and logistics equipment
• Prepare, plan, and carry out interventions in compliance with quality and safety standards
• Perform preventive maintenance operations to guarantee the availability and reliability of installations
• Participate in the continuous improvement of equipment by proposing reliability and optimization solutions
• Manage spare parts orders and ensure supplier follow-up
• Collaborate closely with various internal departments to improve equipment performance
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of interventions and update maintenance data in the ERP

Profile

• ES Technician diploma in industrial systems, microtechniques, or training deemed equivalent
• Solid knowledge in automation and numerical controls (Fanuc, Siemens or equivalent)
• Good skills in electrotechnics and industrial mechanics
• Mastery of common IT tools; knowledge of SAP and industrial IT is a real asset
• Analytical spirit, method, and rigor in problem-solving
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
• Good team spirit and ease in communication
• Knowledge of English and/or German represents an advantage
• Available to work in shift schedules (2x8)
• Available to follow initial training in Genève before starting a position in the canton of Fribourg
