CDI - General Accountant 80/100% - Aigle

We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative, fast-growing startup, active in a technological and industrial environment, a 100% General Accountant in CDI, based in the Aigle region.

In a context of internalizing accounting and structuring financial processes, your main missions will be the following:

• Autonomously ensure the maintenance of general, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounting;
• Manage supplier invoices, payments, and debtor monitoring;
• Perform bank reconciliations, monitoring of accounts and expense reports;
• Take charge of monthly and annual closings, including adjusting entries and provisions;
• Ensure the monitoring of fixed assets, depreciation, and stocks;
• Prepare VAT and withholding tax statements;
• Perform reconciliations related to salaries;
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements and reporting;
• Prepare the documents necessary for internal and external audits;
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of accounting processes.

Profile sought:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent training;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in general accounting;
• You are able to manage routine accounting operations and closings with full autonomy;
• You possess a good knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP / IFRS standards;
• You are comfortable with fixed asset monitoring and inventory management;
• You master Excel, notably pivot tables and lookup functions;
• Ideally, you know Odoo or are able to train yourself quickly on this ERP;
• You have an excellent level of English;
• You are recognized for your rigor, your autonomy and your ability to evolve in a dynamic environment;
