Our values: TRANSPARENCY -- EQUITY -- RESPECT - TRUST MENTAL HEALTH NURSE 80% - 90% IN CDI ------------------------------------------------------ Mission * Accompany beneficiaries presenting psychic disorders or psychiatric illnesses in their life project at home, taking into account their needs, expectations and resources. * Develop and implement an individualized therapeutic project, considering the complexity of care and adapting it according to the evolution of the situation. * Collaborate with the specialized resources of the care network, in order to guarantee coherent and coordinated care, while promoting your nursing expertise. * Actively contribute to interdisciplinary work, by occupying an autonomous and recognized nursing role within the health system. * Adopt a global and benevolent approach, aiming for staying at home and the psychic well-being of the people supported. Location: CMS de Rennaz - Aigle in 2027 Profile: * Bachelor in nursing or title deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross). * Experience of at least 2 years in mental health and/or psychiatry. * CAS in psychiatry or other continuing education in the field of mental health: an asset. * Dynamic, autonomous, responsible and reactive person, motivated by home care and community health. * Strong sensitivity to psychic vulnerability and ability to recognize situations requiring rapid communication or intervention. * Comfortable with IT tools and the administrative management of care. * Appreciates interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration with different actors of the health network. * Holder of a driver's license and vehicle indispensable.
