As an execution project manager, you play a central role in the successful realization of our construction logistics projects and you work in close collaboration with the main actors in the construction sector. Your missions * You are responsible for the implementation of our construction logistics projects in Suisse romande, from the preparation of works to the final accounting. * In collaboration with our construction logistics team, you organize and pilot our project portfolio and guarantee high-quality execution, respecting costs and deadlines. * You lead the construction logistics managers and the site teams, and you promote a performance-oriented and partnership-based collaboration. * You are responsible for the project management control -- including progress monitoring, compliance with contracts and deadlines -- and you guarantee total transparency on the progress of the projects. * You are in direct contact with clients during coordination meetings and guarantee their satisfaction. * The efficient planning and coordination of personnel and material resources is your responsibility. * You ensure proactive and rigorous management of amendments. * Within the framework of the planning and acquisition of new construction logistics projects, you provide your support and contribute significantly to the continued growth of our business. * You guarantee safety in the execution of logistics services as well as the health and safety of our employees. * You constantly evolve our organization, by optimizing processes and structures and by promoting the development of our employees. Your profile * Completed initial training in the building sector (for example: mason, scaffold fitter, carpenter or equivalent training). * Continuing education at ES, HES level or equivalent in the construction field (for example, foreman, site manager, technician, civil engineer or project manager). * Several years of experience in site management, project management or works and project direction. * Very good communication skills and a confident and assertive attitude. * Good knowledge of German or English, or the willingness to acquire them -- we are a bilingual company.
