SECTOR MANAGER NEUCHÂTEL AND JURA (M/F) - CDI 100%

We are looking for a Sector Manager who will be responsible for the management of our operations teams in the cantons of Neuchâtel and Jura, as well as the management of the client portfolio.
Concerned with the daily satisfaction of our clients and our employees, you will be the guarantor of the correct execution of services performed at our clients' sites, in compliance with the associated specifications and in respect of the company's procedures and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT RELATION MANAGEMENT:

• Manage the relationship with clients and respond to their needs (follow-up meetings)
• Complete visit reports and follow-up on corrective actions
• Perform quality controls on a portion of the portfolio
• Respond to requests for quotes / amendments from our clients in coordination with the operational manager.
• Ensure administrative follow-up with the operational manager
• Ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of our clientele.

MANAGEMENT OF OPERATIONS TEAMS:

• Management of operations teams in the cantons of Neuchâtel and Jura
• Planning of periodic work and management of the special works team
• Ensure compliance with safety instructions in coordination with the SST Manager
• Identification of personnel on site (Wearing PPE, work clothes, etc.)
• Ensure fluid and transparent communication towards our clients and our employees

ORGANIZATION AND EXECUTION OF SERVICES:

• Organization and implementation of services (job descriptions, planning, respect for specifications)
• Ensure administrative and financial follow-up with the operational manager
• Respect budgets in coordination with the operational manager
• Manage the needs of maintenance personnel (management of replacements)
• Management of orders for equipment and products

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position, in the cleaning/Facility Services field
• Good command of standard IT tools
• Driver's license mandatory
• Clean criminal record required
• Very good oral and written level in French (B2)
• Versatile person, good listener, good interpersonal skills, assiduous and pragmatic
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Autonomy in work
• Basic knowledge of languages: Portuguese / Spanish (an asset)

Hours to be agreed upon, between 6:00 and 19:00, according to the requirements of our clientele.
