We are looking for, for our client, a:

PPE Administrator

Missions:

• Administrative and technical management of co-properties
• Conducting assemblies
• Providing information to owners

Profile:

• CFC as a commercial employee, profile or title deemed equivalent
• Federal diploma of building manager (= an asset)
• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience as a PPE manager
• Mastery of tenancy law and PPE regulations
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Good legal knowledge (CO, CC and LP)
• Competent person, good negotiator, self-confident, customer and result oriented
