Love of Swiss Chocolate for 125 years in Fribourg. Our chocolate factory, founded by Wilhelm Kaiser in 1901, is still present in Fribourg. There, we manufacture our famous Têtes au Choco, our chocolates with liqueur, and also various types of milk chocolate from the region.
In order to support the different operational teams, we are looking for an
Industrial Management Controller
your main mission will be to be the guarantor of the quality and sincerity of industrial data, to drive the optimization of profitability and the robustness of the company via excellence in reporting, the exploitation of data, and the analysis as a 'business partner' for the costline aspect.
Your key responsibilities

1. Control of production orders and material flows - 20% of the position

Verify the compliance and proper execution of industrial production orders. Control and analyze the flows of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. Identify and correct anomalies or inconsistencies in stock movements. Ensure the traceability and reliability of production data. Drafting, implementation, and control of management procedures on the industrial part.

1. Support to business functions ("business partner" role) - 30% of the position

Participate in innovation projects (calculation of the cost price of new products, costing of project recommendations or options, challenging options with marketing and R&D). Analyze, challenge, and enrich performance indicators. Provide numerical analyses to assist in operational decision-making. Implement field tours to collect feedback from operators on potential industrial problems, and to stay up to date with production flows and other changes. Build, update, and share industrial and supply chain monitoring dashboards with the General Manager, Industrial Director, Supply Director, and Finance Management Director. Participate in the development and monitoring of corrective action plans with these same directorates.

1. Management of issues and controls on SAP - 15% of the position

Ensure the reliability of data entered and extracted in SAP - Particularly ensure the veracity of data related to production on SAP during the implementation of the ERP and during the creation of new articles. To ensure that the calculated PRD is correct. Identify, process, and resolve anomalies or discrepancies detected in the system. Train and support internal users on SAP best practices. Participate in the continuous improvement of SAP processes related to industrial management. Participate in the optimization of the company's management information systems and the management of the system's master data with support to the field teams.

1. Closing, monitoring of variances and group reporting - 35% of the position

Perform monthly and annual closings (stocks, provisions, inventories…). Analyze and explain the variances between actual, budget, and forecast. Prepare and transmit industrial reporting to the group and management. Guarantee the reliability and compliance of the transmitted data. Participate in the preparation of budgets, annual revisions, and the long-term plan for the industrial part. Participate in internal and external audits. Follow up and implement recommendations.
Your profile
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial CdG position and / or continuous improvement (BUT we would be willing to give a chance to a young HEG graduate).
Excellent mastery of Excel.
SAP knowledge a plus.
Curiosity and appetite for industrial challenges.
Interpersonal skills, good rapport.
You already live in the Fribourg region.
