WHAT YOU WILL DO: ####

Master Data Governance

• Define, implement, and enforce the master data governance framework to ensure consistent and standardized management of Master Data
• Assign roles and responsibilities to Data Owners and Data Stewards, lead governance bodies, and coordinate stakeholders
• Guarantee the alignment of processes and practices with Group standards and company data management policies
• Arbitrate issues of data quality, consistency, and compliance, while promoting continuous improvement and cross-functional harmonization

Data Quality

• Ensure the reliability of master data by ensuring its accuracy, completeness, uniqueness, and consistency
• Define and monitor quality indicators as well as controls to measure and manage data performance
• Coordinate data cleansing actions and analyze the root causes of recurring anomalies
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to sustainably reduce errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates

WHAT YOU BRING: ####

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Data Management, or an equivalent field. Data Management certification (DAMA, DCAM, equivalent) is an asset
• Proven experience in an industrial environment, with solid expertise in data governance and good mastery of end-to-end business processes
• Possess proven experience in leading transformation and change projects, ideally in an ERP context, with appreciated knowledge of Infor M3 and a strong orientation towards continuous improvement
• Knowledge of data modeling and architecture is appreciated
• Demonstrate transversal leadership by uniting and mobilizing stakeholders without a direct hierarchical link
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with pedagogy, diplomacy, and a sense of priorities
