Your role ----------- * Take charge of IT support requests * Install and configure clients' IT hardware while ensuring compliance with standards and procedures * Support users for everyday use * Implement sold infrastructure projects (cloud and on premise). Your profile ------------ * Have successful experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar function * Master IT tools, office software as well as the Windows environment * Know IT networks, architectures, components and their configuration: Microsoft server, Hyper-V, Exchange, HP network hardware (switch and WiFi), Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall network services * Have a sense of customer service * Know how to manage stress in the face of unforeseen events * Know how to report on one's activity, automatically and regularly * Show initiative and propose developments * Be autonomous while possessing an excellent team spirit * Hold Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace certifications.
