Exciting tasks

• Define the purchasing strategy
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage the assortment portfolio
• Define supplier plans and drive associated actions
• Optimize procurement processes
• Establish and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Supervise the administrative purchasing manager
• Conduct individual interviews and ensure performance monitoring
• Ensure coordination with the group

The sought profile

• Proven experience in purchasing, ideally in the food sector
• Strategic vision
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss market
• Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, Excel, etc.)
• Perfect command of French
• Bilingual French - Swiss German
