As part of its development, Boissec SA is looking for a Business Developer to accelerate its growth and strengthen its presence among key players in construction and real estate in Suisse romande.

1. Main objectives of the position: ##

• Sustainably and profitably develop turnover in Suisse romande.
• Identify and conquer new clients, markets, and projects.
• Detect projects upstream and develop the specification/prescription of Boissec SA.
• Achieve fixed turnover and margin objectives.
• Represent Boissec SA in an active and professional manner on the market.

1. Your responsibilities: ##

• Active market prospecting.
• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, specifiers, and commercial partners.
• Identify high-potential construction, renovation, and layout projects.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations until the conclusion of business.
• Ensure market monitoring, competition, and new projects.
• Ensure structured follow-up of opportunities, visits, and actions in the CRM.
• Participate in client events and professional gatherings.

1. Your profile: ##

• Successful experience in B2B business development, ideally in construction and/or real estate;
• Solid existing professional network in Suisse romande, notably with architects, project owners, general contractors, and real estate investors;
• Excellent knowledge of the Romand economic fabric and decision-making processes;
• Strong developer temperament: prospecting, opening doors, negotiation, and closing;
• Autonomy, organization, perseverance, and result orientation;
• Driver's license;
• Technical training in carpentry, cabinet making, or construction;
• Mastery of standard IT tools and CRM - An asset.
