In this unique setting combining technical infrastructure and high-altitude hospitality, we are looking for a versatile, autonomous, and field-oriented IT Specialist CFC to ensure the smooth functioning of the IT systems at our various sites. YOUR MISSIONS * Registration, prioritization and follow-up of incidents and user requests (via ticket, telephone, email, or other alerts) * Resolution of incidents and requests remotely or on-site (installations, administrative offices, high-altitude restaurants) * Installation, configuration and updating of workstations and peripherals (PC, printers, etc.) * Creation and management of user accounts, network access, email boxes and access rights (Microsoft 365, Active Directory) * User support and configuration of professional mobile phones, notably two-factor authentication * Monitoring of IT infrastructure on-site (switches, routers, Wi-Fi networks, payment terminals, etc.) * Coordination with external IT service providers for projects and specialized support * Participation in projects to evolve the IT park (security, telephony, modernization, etc.) * Regular travel between the different sites of the resort (car or gondola depending on the season) YOUR PROFILE * CFC in IT or training deemed equivalent Confirmed experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role, ideally in a multi-site environment * Excellent mastery of Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory) * Good network knowledge: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VLAN Comfortable in a technical environment that is sometimes demanding (altitude, climatic conditions, activity peaks during the season) * Ability to travel by ski between different high-altitude sites * Knowledge of structured IT cabling as well as notions of electricity. * Driver's license necessary, personal vehicle a plus * Asset: knowledge of Lightspeed POS software, planning or restaurant management software.
