Architect/Architectural Drafter 100% (M/F/D)

Tasks

• Creation of preliminary design, design, and execution plans
• Elaboration of technical details and ongoing updating of the project documentation
• Preparation of building applications and administrative documents
• Close cooperation with construction managers, engineers, and other project participants
• Collaboration in the technical coordination and the further development of the projects
• Ensuring compliance with applicable building regulations and quality standards
• Development of technical and architectural solutions according to customer requirements

Profile

• Degree as Architect FH/ETH or training as Zeichner EFZ specialization Architecture
• Several years of professional experience in a Swiss architectural office
• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD (or Revit) as well as MS Office
• German as a native language as well as good French skills (Level B1-B2)
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• Team-oriented personality with interest in diverse architectural projects
