Our client is a renowned company in the real estate sector with a long-term focus on the development and management of high-quality real estate portfolios. Due to a planned maternity leave replacement, an experienced specialist is being sought for a fixed-term employment until approx. July 2027, ideally with short-term availability.

Job Description ##

• Independent management of several property and real estate accounts
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR
• Reporting, analyses, and financial evaluations for internal stakeholders
• Recording of bank transactions as well as ongoing cash management
• Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
• Preparation of debit positions and implementation of the dunning process
• Preparation of heating and service charge settlements in cooperation with property management
• Preparation, reconciliation, and submission of VAT returns
• Support with finance-related projects and process optimizations

The Successful Applicant ##

• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Verifiable experience in the independent preparation of financial statements according to OR
• Sound knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Quick comprehension and ability to become productive quickly
