Industrialization Project Manager (M/F)

Introduction ##

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Fribourg, we are building a talent pool to support the deployment of our new industrial site in Bulle. With this in mind, we will shortly be looking for Industrialization Project Manager (M/F) profiles to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities ##

• Lead industrialization projects related to new products, series life evolutions, and new processes
• Analyze needs, establish industrial scenarios, and propose suitable technical solutions
• Plan and coordinate activities, resources, deliverables, and milestones with business teams and internal or external partners
• Ensure industrial qualification as well as the compliance of technical data and applicable references
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and variances, and ensure project reporting
• Lead monitoring meetings and unite contributors around project objectives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrialization processes, tools, and practices

Profile ##

• Higher technical education such as EPF, HES, university engineer, or equivalent
• Proven experience in industrial project management, ideally in a demanding production environment
• Knowledge of industrialization processes, industrial qualification, and risk management
• Mastery of planning tools, project monitoring, technical data management, and reporting
• Ability to analyze complex issues, establish priorities, and manage several projects simultaneously
• Leadership, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor
• Interpersonal skills, ability to synthesize, and ability to unite cross-functional teams
• Availability to follow initial training in Genève before continuing the mission in the canton of Fribourg
