In order to complete our teams, the CMS of Fondation Soins Lausanne are looking for immediately or to be agreed upon several:

Occupational Therapist (M/F)

Activity rate between 60% and 100%

Permanent indefinite contract

Your mission

• Evaluate the needs of the client and their entourage, as well as their level of independence for the performance of daily activities and establish an assessment of functional capacities based on the resources available
• Restore conditions that allow clients to perform activities of daily living in complete independence, by proposing auxiliary aids and adjustments to the living environment and their occupational profile
• Accompany clients in the development of new physical, psychic, and social skills. Actively contribute to the maintenance of clients at home through prevention and health promotion measures while taking individual needs into account with personalized care and by promoting the autonomy of clients
• Participate in the development of the therapeutic project of clients within the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in development projects and working groups around the continuous improvement of services in the field of home aids and care
• Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with a specific role allowing you to value your profession as an occupational therapist as a full stakeholder in the health system

Your profile and your skills

• Bachelor's in occupational therapy or a title deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS)
• Authorization to practice or ready to start the procedures - conditional upon employment
• Experience in hospital service for physical care or psychiatry, rehabilitation service, home care, or private practice is an asset
• Marked interest in community health
• Ability to collaborate in a network and multidisciplinarity
• Sense of responsibility, ability to organize independently and to set priorities
