Job description ###

Main responsibilities

• Ensure the operational coordination of the workshop and ensure the smooth running of production activities according to workloads, emergencies, and fixed objectives.
• Lead the team on a daily basis, distribute activities, and contribute to the development of skills as well as the versatility of employees.
• Act as a technical expert for production, particularly during startups, setups, program adjustments, and resolving issues related to machining.
• Guarantee the smooth manufacturing of high-precision mechanical parts on various CNC production means.
• Actively participate in the definition, adaptation, and improvement of machining programs and parameters to ensure the quality and reliability of processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in the workshop and implement actions aimed at optimizing yields, quality, manufacturing methods, and flow organization.

Profile ###

Desired profile

• CFC Polymécanicien, Senior Technician or equivalent training.
• Experience in team management.
• Solid knowledge of CNC machining methods - milling.
• Mastery of CAM programming.
• Versatile profile, capable of moving from workshop coordination to direct machine intervention.
• Clear communication, sense of priorities.
