What you accomplish
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installations (milk processing processes, product packaging, and logistics chain) to ensure optimal operation
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes
Use root cause analysis methods to investigate problems and implement corrective actions, thereby guaranteeing the reliability and performance of the installations
Participate in the identification and management of spare parts, in collaboration with the technical store, to guarantee the availability of parts and minimize unplanned downtime
Ensure continuous operation of equipment by participating in the on-call service
What you bring
Education: Completed initial or continuing education
Specialization: in the technical field (automation, polymechanics, automotive mechanics, heavy goods vehicles, or agricultural) or training deemed equivalent
Professional experience: Confirmed experience in industrial maintenance (an asset)
Ability to work autonomously, analytical mind, and solution-oriented
Good team spirit and flexibility
Knowledge of maintenance management IT tools such as SAP PM or other CMMS as well as MS Office
Resident in the region due to the on-call service (max. 30 minutes drive)
French (B1)
