A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM

The spa therapist performs professional massages and body treatments for clients. They must have in-depth knowledge of many massage methods, a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in a specific range of massage and body treatments. Excellent communication skills. Ensure a high level of customer service.

A true chameleon of the spa and wellness universe, you will perform treatments booked by clients professionally and according to the standards and protocols of the various brands, Dr Burgener & Esse: massages, facial treatments, body treatments. You will attract client attention to the Spa and its facilities (Wet, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, fitness) thanks to your bold welcome. You will stimulate client curiosity regarding the Spa's a la carte treatments and products and position yourself as a salesperson. You will be responsible for welcoming and checking out clients according to W Verbier standards; the preparation of the treatment room as well as the cleanliness of the Spa and the treatment rooms.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Extroverted, playful, sociable, attentive, helpful and available.
Proficient in French and English
Love working in an international and bold team
Excellent presentation and representative of the W brand image
BTS// CFC Esthetics/cosmetics or equivalent
Previous experience in 5*
You are super motivated
