You exercise an advanced clinical role combining direct practice with patients and clinical leadership. Your main responsibilities: * Ensure the care of complex pediatric situations * Guarantee the quality and continuity of care in the patient trajectory: pediatric emergencies, inpatient unit, child psychiatry, neonatology and collaboration with the maternity service * Integrate evidence-based data and specialized recommendations into daily practices * Support the development of team skills (coaching, training, support) * Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical projects in connection with institutional priorities * Participate in the development and optimization of clinical pathways * Contribute to the monitoring of quality indicators and clinical governance * Collaborate closely with the medical team, interprofessional partners, and hospital pediatric networks * Work in a pair with the proximity manager in a dynamic of collaboration and continuous improvement SKILLS -- REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS * Nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross * Experience in pediatrics desired * Specialized training in pediatrics (CAS or equivalent training), an asset * Holder of a Master in Nursing Sciences or equivalent clinical training, or willingness to train * Proven skills in clinical leadership and change management * Marked interest in quality, safety of care, and continuous improvement * Analytical capacity, autonomy, spirit of initiative, and sense of responsibility * Excellent relational, communicational, and interprofessional skills * Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to manage complex situations * Mastery of usual IT tools WE OFFER * A strategic position with high clinical impact * The opportunity to contribute to the development of clinical practices in pediatrics * An enriching articulation between clinical practice, projects, and leadership * A stimulating environment favoring innovation and collaboration * Possibilities for continuing education and professional development * A salary according to the scale of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV) * Excellent social benefits * Main place of activity: Yverdon START DATE: 1ER JANVIER 2027 OR TO BE AGREED Additional information can be obtained from Mme Mirjeta Emini, Clinical Manager, tel + YOU ARE INTERESTED?
