Join a dynamic company, oriented towards excellence and client satisfaction, as a Real Estate Project Manager, Project Management (Maîtrise d'Ouvrage) -------------------------------------------------- ### At the heart of the development and enhancement of local industrial heritage ### Your responsibilities Within the Real Estate & Development department, you represent the client (maître d'ouvrage) and manage real estate projects from their study phase to their operational phase. You analyze needs, evaluate project feasibility, and develop scenarios integrating technical, regulatory, operational, and financial aspects. You prepare decision-making support files and transform validated projects into structured operational programs. You then ensure the overall management of operations in compliance with the set objectives regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and risks. In this capacity, you coordinate the various stakeholders, manage consultants and companies, guarantee the proper management of interfaces, and ensure reliable reporting to decision-making bodies. You also ensure the integration of operational, maintenance, and business continuity issues, up to the acceptance, commissioning, and closing of the projects. ### Your profile Holder of a higher education degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, construction, or an equivalent field, you have proven experience in managing complex real estate projects, ideally in industrial, logistics, or commercial environments. Experience in project management (maîtrise d'ouvrage), project management assistance (AMO), or general contracting is particularly appreciated. You master the entire life cycle of a real estate project, from feasibility analysis to its operational phase, and possess solid skills in project management, financial steering, and risk management. You know how to represent the interests of the client (maître d'ouvrage), manage and challenge consultants and companies, analyze different scenarios, and formulate informed recommendations. Your leadership, your ability to manage several projects simultaneously, your autonomy, and your rigor allow you to evolve effectively in a multidisciplinary environment, while ensuring close coordination with the operational teams.
