Versatile Administrative Assistant

Activity rate of 80 to 100 % - Lausanne

A family business active in the funeral services sector and established in the canton of Vaud, we support families with professionalism, discretion and benevolence.

In order to complete our administrative team, we are looking for a versatile, organized person who is comfortable in human relations.

Your role:

Within a team of 4 to 6 people, you will ensure the first contact with families and the various interlocutors of the company. You will also contribute to the smooth administrative functioning and the coordination of daily activities.

Your function requires listening skills, discretion and the ability to cope with sometimes delicate situations, while ensuring rigorous administrative follow-up.

Your main activities:

• Ensure telephone availability, inform and direct interlocutors.
• Welcome families and visitors to our premises.
• Perform administrative tasks and ensure the follow-up of files.
• Participate in the planning and coordination of appointments and services.
• Collaborate with the different departments and contribute to the smooth flow of information.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in an administrative function involving regular contact with customers.
• Empathy and the ability to adopt an appropriate attitude in the face of delicate situations.
• Sense of organization, rigor and ability to manage priorities.
• Team spirit, versatility and adaptability.
• Good command of standard IT tools.

Experience in medical secretarial work, hospitality or an environment combining reception and administration is an asset.
