Attached to the l-Ordre judiciaire vaudois, the four district courts of the canton rule at first instance in many cases relating to criminal law and civil law in a broad sense. They each include several chambers (criminal, family, pecuniary, etc.).

In order to complete the existing team, the Tribunal d'arrondissement de Lausanne, which employs nearly 100 magistrat·e·s and collaborateur·trice·s, is looking for an·e huissier·ère judiciaire ad hoc.

Responsibilities ##

• Welcoming and informing the public during hearings of the Tribunal de prud'hommes and the TRIPAC in the early evening
• Assuming various surveillance tasks.
• Ensuring court service and assisting the Président·e·s.
• Being available occasionally

Qualifications ##

• CFC d'employé·e de commerce, or any title deemed equivalent, supplemented by 3 years of professional practice.
• Communication ease and ability to manage difficult situations.
• Good presentation, the wearing of a uniform is required in the performance of duties.
• Sense of organization, spirit of initiative, flexibility, autonomy, resistance to stress and good writing skills are desired.

As part of the recruitment procedure, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record of less than 3 months.

This position requires availability in the evening (Monday to Thursday from 17H-22H). Hourly remuneration.
