• Prepare surfaces on 3 and 5 axis CNC Recomatic and/or Bula machines
• Perform complete finishing on 5 axis CNC Recomatic and/or Bula and/or Cyberpolish machines: polishing, burnishing and felt preparation
• Perform complete finishing on conventional machines: polishing, burnishing and felt preparation
• Carry out dimensional and aesthetic controls of components
• Define and implement polishing sequences
• Participate in the design of specific tools and fixtures
• Contribute to continuous improvement by being proactive in manufacturing methods and tool implementation
• Perform production stamping and monitor daily production indicators

Profile :

• Training as a polisher or finisher in watchmaking finishing (non-negotiable)
• Mastery of RECOMATIC machines (non-negotiable)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Good dexterity and autonomy
• Dynamic, organized, versatile person with a good team spirit
