Job description ###

• Manage customer requests and prepare commercial offers.
• Register and track orders, ensuring the conformity of references, dimensions, quantities, and deadlines.
• Calculate material requirements and prepare manufacturing files.
• Manage the purchase of fabrics, textiles, accessories, and components necessary for production.
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers and ensure supply monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with the workshop manager to coordinate manufacturing priorities.
• Monitor order progress and anticipate any potential delays or difficulties.
• Ensure the smooth flow of information between customers, suppliers, and production.
• Participate in the commercial development of the sector through targeted actions and the promotion of our solutions.
• Ensure the administrative management related to the department's activity.

Profile ###

• CFC commercial or technical training
• Proficiency in German indispensable C1/C2
• Proven experience in a technical, industrial, or building-related environment.
• Knowledge of the blinds, solar protection, or shutter sector, a serious asset.
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities.
• Ease in contact with customers and suppliers.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality.
• Mastery of standard IT tools.
