We are looking for two
ARCHITECTS
to complete our team as part of ongoing projects, notably the renovation of old and/or heritage public buildings.
Versatile Architect
mission:
management of organization, planning and monitoring of pre-execution and execution phases
technical coordination of plans
development of construction details
validation of contractor plans
site visits and monitoring of proper execution as architectural direction
profile:
holder of an EPF, HES or equivalent architecture degree
minimum of 3 years experience in Switzerland
sense of organization, priorities and responsibilities
good knowledge of standards (SIA, Genevan law, etc.) and construction techniques
mastery of computer-aided design (Autocad)
architectural sensitivity and rigor
Works Director Architect
mission:
ensure site monitoring for the project of a listed building, from planning to the acceptance of works
profile:
holder of an EPF, HES or equivalent architecture degree
minimum of 3 years experience in Switzerland
versatility and autonomy
good knowledge of standards (SIA, Genevan law, etc.) and construction techniques
technical, administrative and financial management of a project
mastery of computer-aided design (Autocad) would be a plus
Activity rate negotiable
Permanent position
