Purchaser (M/F)

Your mission

For one of our clients, an international industrial group specialized in engineering, we are looking for a Purchaser (M/F) to strengthen the Supply Chain team. You are the link between suppliers and the factory: you guarantee that materials arrive on time, while optimizing stock levels. Your tasks: Issue purchase orders to suppliers, based on forecasts and the production plan; Monitor key Supply Chain indicators, notably on-time delivery (OTD) and stock levels; Guarantee the availability of raw materials and compliance with delivery deadlines; Identify and manage risks to avoid any impact on the production plan; Implement necessary follow-up actions in case of material shortages; Ensure the follow-up of supplier invoicing

Your profile

You are a proactive person, field-oriented and comfortable with tight deadlines, with a taste for teamwork and contact with suppliers. You have: A Bachelor's degree in logistics, in purchasing, or an equivalent training; 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function; Experience with an ERP system and good proficiency in Excel; Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (minimum level B2), German being a plus; A work permit for Switzerland. You are: Possessing a spirit of initiative and a sense of responsibility; Comfortable collaborating with different departments; Capable of working in a demanding environment, with tight deadlines
