About the role

Reporting to the entire organization, your mission will be to modernize working methods. By analyzing the daily routine of the teams, you will design tailor-made AI solutions to automate the creation of quotes and optimize the processing of construction site data.

Tasks

This position consists of mapping the company's workflows, integrating suitable artificial intelligence tools, and deploying concrete automations to save time for operational teams.

• Observe and map the company's administrative and commercial processes.
• Integrate AI tools into development workflows to increase productivity.
• Develop and orchestrate AI agents to automate repetitive tasks.
• Elaborate effective and contextual prompts for AI assistants.
• Centralize construction site data and photos into unique client folders.
• Identify and mitigate AI-related security risks such as data leaks.
• Train and support company employees in the use of these new tools.

We are looking for

• Higher education in computer science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence.
• Solid technical skills in the creation and orchestration of AI agents.
• Ability to design effective and structured prompts.
• Great autonomy, results orientation, and interpersonal skills.
• Mastery of the French language to communicate easily with teams.

An asset if you possess

• First experience or concrete project in process automation within a company.
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection issues.
