Missions

• Accompany Swiss and international clients in the context of M&A operations, restructurings and corporate transactions.
• Participate in the drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation.
• Conduct legal audits (due diligences) and analyze associated risks.
• Advise clients on matters of company law, governance and commercial law.
• Collaborate closely with partners and other departments of the firm on complex and strategic files

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a Swiss bar admission.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Corporate / M&A within a recognized law firm.
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
• Rigorous legal professional, endowed with excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Team spirit, pragmatic approach and desire to evolve in a caring and family-like environment.
