Project Manager electrical installations 80-100% (M/F) After-sales service and small installations orientation YOUR MISSION As a Project Manager, you ensure the technical, financial and administrative management of projects mainly related to after-sales service, troubleshooting and small electrical installations. You coordinate resources and support the teams while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and business profitability. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Project management: plan and coordinate the sites under your responsibility. * Financial and administrative monitoring: prepare offers and measurements, control costs and hours, ensure invoicing and business monitoring. * Organization and supervision: plan resources, manage orders and material, support installers and apprentices. * After-sales service and customer service: process requests, organize interventions, develop services and build customer loyalty. * Safety and compliance: guarantee compliance with OIBT and NIBT standards, safety regulations and ensure the monitoring of official controls and notices. YOUR PROFILE * CFC as an electrical installer, completed by a federal certificate of project manager, electrical safety advisor or a federal master, or training deemed equivalent. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function, with team leadership and site management. * Solid technical knowledge in electrical installations, as well as in project management and financial monitoring. * Good mastery of electrical standards and IT tools. * French native language; German, an asset. * Autonomous, organized and proactive personality, endowed with a good analytical spirit, a keen sense of service and good interpersonal skills.
