Electrical Project Manager (M/F)

On behalf of a client, we are looking for an electrical project manager (M/F).

Reporting to the project management, you are responsible for the complete management of electrical projects, from needs analysis to the final acceptance of works. You ensure the coordination of internal and external teams while guaranteeing compliance with quality, deadline, cost, and safety objectives. Inspired by the multi-technical environment of SPIE Suisse SA, an active player in the fields of energy, efficient buildings, industry, and technical infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects in renovation, transformation, and new construction.
• Ensure technical, financial, and organizational responsibility for business affairs.
• Analyze client needs and develop suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare offers, estimates, costings, and tenders.
• Plan the human, material, and financial resources necessary for project execution.
• Supervise Site Managers and coordinate execution teams.
• Ensure the management of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Participate in meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and representatives.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and profitability objectives.
• Control the quality of achievements and compliance with current standards.
• Guarantee the application of safety rules on all construction sites.
• Identify complementary opportunities and participate in business development.

Profile

• CFC as an electrical installer or an equivalent training deemed recognized in Switzerland.
• Federal certificate, federal mastery, or higher education in the electrical field constitutes an asset.
• Proven experience in managing electrical projects.
• Very good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations.
• Experience in the financial and contractual management of business affairs.
• Good mastery of IT tools and professional software.
• Driving license indispensable
