Through innovative technologies, the Service de l'eau has the mission to supply drinking water to Lausanne and 20 communes of the Lausanne region, as well as to ensure the evacuation of water for the city of Lausanne and the treatment of wastewater for its agglomeration. The service relies on the transversality of the know-how and skills of its 200 collaborators to guarantee an excellent water quality.

The Direction du Service de l'eau includes finance, human resources, communication, quality and environmental management systems, as well as international solidarity.

Main mission(s) ###

Control the accounting allocations of orders, commitments and invoices, and proceed with the necessary corrections

Elaborate internal invoicing and ensure compliance with the chart of accounts, analytical sections and VAT codes

Respond to internal and external requests and participate in audits on processes

Collaborate with the other services of the Ville and external partners according to needs

Participate in continuous improvement projects and the digital transformation of the finance function

Profile ###

CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent

Federal diploma or training deemed equivalent, an asset

Experience of a few years within an accounting service

Very good knowledge of basic office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of SAP and/or Abacus, an asset

Interest in automation and continuous improvement of processes constitutes an asset

Rigor, autonomy and sense of organization

Ease in teamwork and good communication skills
