BIM HVAC Drafter / Designer (M/F)

Our client, a recognized company in the field of building technology, has commissioned us to recruit a BIM HVAC Drafter / Designer (M/F) to strengthen its teams and support the development of its projects in the canton of Geneva.

Missions

Within the technical office, you will participate in the design and development of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) projects in compliance with technical requirements and specified deadlines.

Your main missions are as follows:

• Create technical plans and diagrams relating to HVAC installations.
• Develop digital models and ensure their update within a BIM environment.
• Participate in technical studies in collaboration with project managers and various stakeholders.
• Perform site surveys and integrate data into projects.
• Ensure the technical monitoring of files throughout their progress.
• Guarantee the compliance of the plans and documents produced.
• Participate in project coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods and BIM standards.

Candidate Profile

• CFC as a designer in building technology HVAC or an equivalent training.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Mastery of AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Good knowledge of BIM methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a project team.
• Rigor, precision, and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
